Chair Positions & Committees

Designated by the S'gan/S'ganit, chairpersons execute specific roles that are typically less of a time commitment. Committees accomplish the same purpose, though more hands on deck means committees may have a broader range of responsibilities

AIT/MIT Boards

AZA's Alephs in Training (AITs) and BBG's Members in Training (MITs) are new members who have yet to learn the ins and outs of BBYO. One way they do so is by running for their chapter's AIT/MIT board, which includes the same position as the chapter board and serves as a training and education experience.

The network is composed of a number of committees and chairpersons with various objectives, all of whom collaborate closely with an assigned regional board member. RLN members gain experience with larger-scale leadership while under the guidance of experienced regional board members.
